What We’re Looking For

- A PhD (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in R&D, particularly in the chemical or additives industry.
- Strong expertise in chemical synthesis techniques for polymers, coatings, or admixtures.
- Proven ability to take new chemistries from concept to bench or pilot scale delivery.
