This is a customer-focused, commercially driven Account Manager role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing B2B clients. The role sits at the intersection of commercial and technical, working closely with internal teams across Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver strong customer outcomes. - Account Management & Relationship Building
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing B2B customer accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both commercial and technical stakeholders
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Take ownership of account performance, retention and revenue growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how IoT hardware fits into their wider solutions
