Plan B Talent are delighted to be working with a disruptive and rapidly scaling fintech business in the consumer finance market. Following a hugely successful period of growth, the client is looking for a Fractional CFO to work closely with the Executive Chairman and board to develop a robust business model to continue scaling the company in the coming years. The client is offering a hybrid working arrangement, to help guide them at this crucial stage of growth.
This role also offers the added opportunity to work with massively successful Board Members, one which has experience in guiding a startup to achieve unicorn status.
The Role
- Partner strategically with the board to advise on commercial direction.
- Working closely on the creation and application of a strong business model.
- Lay the foundations for the creation of a larger finance function.
- Work towards potential future fundraising and liaise closely with potential investors.
- Strong experience working with fast growth and profitable SMEs.
- Previous work in the fintech or consumer finance sector would be very valuable.
- Excellent FP&A and financial modelling experience.
- Previous work assisting in the implementation of a robust business model into a Startup or SME.
- Prior experience acting as a strategic partner to a CEO.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
