The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will oversee the UK hospitality division, ensuring both existing client success and the growth of new business. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, maximising client retention, driving new revenue streams, and delivering exceptional value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across account management and business development.
  • Build strong, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Manage contracts effectively to protect revenue, support renewals, and ensure long-term client success.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement action plans to safeguard client relationships.
  • Oversee client review processes to ensure service excellence and deliver on agreed proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to access added value through enhanced services, savings, and solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through increased client engagement and expanded service offerings.
