A leading family owned and directed Construction Company that specialise within the construction industry is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on various social housing contracts such as voids, reactive repairs and Decent Homes.

You will be responsible for controlling the budget taking into account both clients and contractor. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in setup
  • Controlling all pre-contraction information
  • Negotiating elements of the contracts
  • Ensuring the smooth process and running of the project from both client and contractor perspective.
