As a Product Manager at Plaid, you'll define and drive products that help millions connect, move, and manage their money. You'll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into impactful, high-quality products.

  • Own a product area: define problems, develop ambitious hypotheses to solve them, and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Shape the roadmap using data, feedback, and market signals. Understand that building successful products requires a mixture of art and science, and get the balance right between the two.
  • Speak directly with customers and GTM teams to sharpen your ideas.
  • Display a strong understanding of business needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
