Overview
As Plaid expands in Europe, you will own full-cycle recruiting for regional business teams, shaping hiring strategy and processes. You will partner with European and US managers to scale teams, craft a smooth candidate experience, and use data to improve funnel performance. This high-visibility role helps build best-in-class European talent pipelines aligned with Plaid’s mission. You’ll contribute to inclusive hiring and cross-border growth, joining a fast-paced, mission-driven Talent team.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European teams (Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People) from sourcing to close
- Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale regional teams
- Develop localized recruiting processes and implement best practices
- Act as a talent consultant on market conditions, strategy, and interviewing
- Improve and scale a respectful, inclusive candidate experience across backgrounds
- Use data to identify funnel gaps and inform improvements (candidate communities, reach)
Key requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience in a fast-growing, changing environment with process improvement
- Candidate-first approach balancing speed, quality, and experience
- Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
