Join our team! Are you detail-focused, analytical, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our welcoming and collaborative team at Harlesden. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in optimising supply chain processes, ensuring accurate production and stock data, and keeping materials flowing smoothly for manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate across planning, operations, suppliers, and factory teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Analyse & Report: Collect and interpret supply chain, inventory, and production data; maintain dashboards and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Forecast & Optimise: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts, overstocking, and unnecessary write-offs.
  • Support Production: Accurately record daily production data, maintain MRP master data, and assist with material changes and stock variance resolution.
  • Manage Inventory: Perform stock control checks, manage sundries, and collate delivery and stock status for Just-In-Time scheduling.
  • Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate placement of supplier orders, including forward forecasts and delivery coordination.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Communicate requirement changes, resolve delivery/invoice queries, and maintain accurate supplier records.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with planning, operations, and factory teams to alleviate constraints and improve service levels.
  • Drive Performance: Meet agreed service levels, support inventory improvement projects, and proactively resolve issues to enhance efficiency.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence using data visualisation tools.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • A relevant degree or experience within FMCG or retail supply chain, particularly in manufacturing environments.
  • Solid understanding of material management processes, including MRP.
  • Awareness of factory production processes and operational constraints.
  • Knowledge of planning systems and data maintenance practices.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively at both peer and senior levels.

What will the interview process be?

  • Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition
  • 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
  • 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/excel assessment or presentation interview.
