Role: Relief Supervisor in Assortments

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, pm – pm

Location: Carlisle, Church Street, Cumbria, CA TG

Role Objectives:

The Relief Supervisor works as part of a team to pack and feed biscuits, ensuring product and process delivery. Reporting to the Team Managers, you will supervise and support operators in wrapping production, maintaining high standards, and supporting improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and support Supply Chain initiatives
  • Ensure quality and safety standards
  • Plan and execute plant start-up and shut-down
  • Achieve planned output within specifications
  • Maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Develop line operatives
  • Support improvements and training
  • Coordinate with production processes
  • Manage team holidays
