What Will You Achieve? As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring plant performance and reliability. You’ll work on:

  • Planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
  • Installation, improvements, and upgrades to plant and services
  • Driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting our journey to World Class maintenance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical engineering support under the leadership of Area Engineering Managers
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
  • Implement continuous improvement programs (e.g., Speedy Kaizen, MBR)
  • Manage downtime, PPM conformance, and engineering planning using SAP PM
  • Liaise with third‑party contractors and ensure safe Permit to Work processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Multiskilled engineering experience (mechanical essential, some electrical knowledge)
  • Exposure to manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred but not essential)
  • Formal engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
