What Will You Achieve?
As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring plant performance and reliability. You’ll work on:
- Planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Installation, improvements, and upgrades to plant and services
- Driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting our journey to World Class maintenance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering support under the leadership of Area Engineering Managers
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
- Manage downtime, PPM conformance, and engineering planning using SAP PM
- Liaise with third-party contractors and ensure safe Permit to Work processes
What We’re Looking For
- Multiskilled engineering experience (mechanical essential, some electrical knowledge)
- Exposure to manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred but not essential)
- Formal engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
