The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 € per year.
This role partners closely with global functions and applications to analyse business needs, design robust digital and data solutions, and architect and manage technology capabilities that accelerate innovation, experimentation, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle management. The role will also provide flexible support to Procurement function, ERP and integration solution areas as needed — ensuring seamless alignment between systems and downstream operational processes. You will write requirements, design, plan, delivery and lead the solutions and IT projects at global and regional level. You will also need to build strong relationships with stakeholders supporting the technical solutions and advising on their impact across pladis as well as testing and monitoring post implementations.
Key Deliverables:
- Understanding the complex business issues across a global landscape by engaging global and regional stakeholders and translating them into requirements.
- Conducting feasibility studies, defining project/MVP scope, supporting solution RFP/selection and business case development.
- Designing and developing potential solutions and technical specifications against the needs of the user across regional and global markets.
- Delivering the vision of IT products across multiple regions and markets.
- Ensuring a common approach and re-usability is considered when implementing IT solutions.
- Aligning with key stakeholders to align requirements and scope, and deliver and implement solutions.
- Ensuring governance processes are followed to enable management of project portfolios and ongoing maintenance and continued enhancement of IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level in Business or Technology field and at least 7-10 years of working experience in the industry.
- Proven experience and record of working as a consultant and in defining and managing technology solutions that solve business problems.
- Practical and demonstrable experience of projects with procurement technologies and ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and architecture frameworks.
- Experience of defining, gaining buy in and delivering global strategic programs, including business case development and budgetary control.
- Proficient in communicating strategies, capabilities, solutions, roadmaps and trends both inside IT and with business leaders.
- Significant experience within the FMCG/CPG sector.
- Implementation of an agile delivery framework.
- Great communication and articulation skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, negotiating internal and with third parties.
- Implemented agile ways of working across a global business landscape.
- Knowledge of integrations platforms or middleware technologies and infrastructure.
Interview Process:
- Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition.
- 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
- 2nd stage interview – 90 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.
