pladis Global in the UK invites an experienced professional to lead Inclusion, Diversity & Equality (IDE) and wellbeing across six supply chain sites and the Head Office. You will turn IDE strategy into actionable programs, partner with HRBPs and leadership, and embed IDE into culture and daily leadership behaviours.

You will drive data-backed insights, design wellbeing initiatives, and roll out inclusive leadership training while ensuring policies align with global standards and legal.
