What will be your key deliverables?
- Full ownership and direct accountability of our branded Sweet Biscuits portfolio, within Sainsbury's.
- Responsible for direct reports, one of whom is also responsible for our Own Label portfolio.
- Full P&L management including forecasting and delivery of monthly sales & profit targets.
- Build winning relationships with all buyers and handle challenging conversations to create opportunities.
- Develop a short and long term strategy to win in Sainsbury's, being the voice of the customer internally to ensure execution of winning growth and share plans for pladis.
- Implement the plan using negotiation skills, creativity and energy.
- Set high standards for internal reporting and performance reviews.
- Conduct store visits, reporting on pladis, competitor and adjacent categories to build winning plans.

What will the interview process be?
- 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
- 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.
- pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
