Warehouse Team Member / FLT Driver
Salaried at £25,977.33. Day shift Monday‑Friday, 37hours per week (8am‑5:15pm Monday‑Thursday; 7am‑3pm Friday).
Responsibilities
- Ensure outbound pallets are correctly labelled and meet specifications.
- Record and dispatch in‑perfect products accurately.
- Operate the automated wrapping machine.
- Support the production plan with quality as a priority.
- Lead health and safety standards within the area.
- Deliver products to defined standard specifications.
- Maintain customer service levels per the Warehouse plan.
- Communicate effectively with the team.
- Perform general ad‑hoc warehouse duties and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Qualifications
- Understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP), HACCP and workplace safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt to change.
- Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and take initiative.
- Flexibility and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid vehicle licence; counterbalance and PPT licence to be provided if required.
