Team Member – manufacturing site, responsible for carrying out production tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet agreed specifications.
Job Details
- Salary: £38,514.55 per annum.
- Working Hours: 7pm – 7am (3 on, 3 off).
- Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.
- Optimise line output through machine set‑up and review of line performance data.
- Coordinate material movement.
- Plan and perform plant start‑up/shutdown in line with standard documents and checklists.
- Maximise plant efficiency and minimise TOS and waste through effective recycling.
- Ensure food safety and quality checks are routinely completed on the line.
- Actively use online PQA (or equivalent) as a means of achieving quality standards.
- Effectively communicate key operational information to colleagues and other shift teams.
- Demonstrate main tasks to support and underpin the site training programme.
