Role Overview

Support business account managers across Sainsbury’s and e‑commerce (Amazon, Ocado) with account management and develop core commercial skills such as customer relationship and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support promotional plan input and inflight management.
  • Provide internal and external administration: promotional management, new line forms, promo forms, price file maintenance.
  • NPD loading and maintain shipper plan process.
  • Maintain and monitor secondary space tracker.
  • Assist with customer meetings: Brand Days, field sales relationships, store audits.
  • Complete post‑promotional analysis.
  • Support base rate reviews and report management.
