pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Team Manager to lead production, quality and process delivery across our site.
You will manage people, plant, product and process delivery, and be accountable for site KPIs, team performance and efficiency.
You will motivate, coach and develop team members, deploy labour plans, ensure OEE, maintain hygiene audits, and drive continuous improvement using systems such as Autostore, Workday, SAP, SFOL and Absence Manager.
