Working Hours: 6 pm-6 am, 4-week rolling rota (Week 1: Mon-Thu; Week 2: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun; Week 3: Fri-Sun; Week 4: Wed, Thu)

Responsibilities:
- Operate packing equipment and run machinery in the Packing Hall.
- Perform pre-start checks and maintain high production standards.
- Conduct product quality evaluations throughout each shift.
- Complete change-overs following correct procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.
- Train peers and new operatives on equipment use and procedures.
- Diagnose basic equipment issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them.
- Maintain efficient operation of packing equipment while performing quality inspections and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Help minimise waste and maximise plant efficiency.
- Keep housekeeping and hygiene standards at the highest level.
- Support improvement initiatives where possible.
- Occasionally hand-pack and hand-stack boxes and perform cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety procedures at work.
- Ability to work well with others and be open to learning and change.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts and working environments.
Desirable:
- Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory.
