Key accountabilities
- You will facilitate new employee site inductions
- You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc
- You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training
- You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance
- You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers
- You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal
- You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives
Person Specification
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment
- Personal resilience to manage competing priorities
- Confidence in delivery
- Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills
- Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas
- Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry
- GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4
- Confident IT skills Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential
