The Inclusion, Diversity & Equality (IDE) and Wellbeing Manager will lead, build and deliver the UK&I IDE and wellbeing agenda across all UK&I operations, spanning six supply chain sites and the Corporate Head Office. This role turns the IDE strategy and wellbeing commitments into clear, actionable programmes that create an inclusive, equitable and healthy working environment, ensuring all colleagues feel they belong, can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global and regional IDE ambitions into a UK&I delivery plan aligned to business strategy.
  • Own the IDE roadmap for UK&I, ensuring clear priorities aligned to representation, inclusion and equity.
  • Lead key initiatives across talent attraction, development, retention, equitable processes and inclusive leadership.
  • Partner with supply chain sites to embed IDE principles into workforce, recruitment and local engagement plans.
  • Design and deliver a UK&I wellbeing plan aligned to physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing pillars.
  • Implement wellbeing tools, education, campaigns and support pathways for colleagues across offices and factories.
  • Embed preventative wellbeing practices, using data and feedback to identify risk hotspots and interventions.
  • Oversee the UK&I Wellbeing Champions network.
  • Lead UK&I IDE and wellbeing data collection, analysis and reporting (e.g., representation, engagement, attrition, ER themes, wellbeing usage).
  • Provide quarterly insights to the Director of Talent and UKLT to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • Ensure accurate tracking against IDE targets and wellbeing KPIs.
  • Deliver IDE and wellbeing capability building for leaders and line managers, partnering with L&D.
  • Lead rollout of Inclusive Leadership training and IDE Essentials for all UK&I colleagues.
  • Support leadership teams with guidance on bias mitigation, equitable processes and inclusive behaviours.
  • Own and maintain UK&I IDE and wellbeing policies aligned to global standards (e.g., IDE policy, Dignity at Work, Reasonable Adjustments, Wellbeing).
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on inclusive and equitable working practices.
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Partner with employee networks (e.g., Being Me) to plan and deliver engagement events and awareness campaigns.
  • Lead IDE and wellbeing activations for key moments (IWD, Pride, Mental Health Awareness Week, Disability Inclusion, etc.).
  • Work with Communications to amplify colleague stories and strengthen inclusive employer branding.
  • Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward, H&S and Site Directors to embed IDE and wellbeing into processes and culture.
  • Act as UK&I representative in global IDE councils and working groups.
  • Support sites to adapt central plans to local needs, ensuring consistency and impact.

What You Need for This Role

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience delivering Inclusion, Diversity & Equality and/or wellbeing programmes, ideally in a multi‑site or operationally complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of UK legislation related to equality, workplace adjustments and employee wellbeing.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cultural change.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify insights and translate into clear actions.
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in FMCG, Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Coaching or mental health qualifications (e.g., MHFA).
  • Experience working with employee networks or communities of practice.
