pladis is a global biscuits and confectionery company seeking a Sugar & Sweeteners Category Head. The role drives a 2-3 year forward sourcing strategy, aligns with regional procurement teams, and strengthens relationships across R&D, Operations, Finance and Marketing to deliver sustainable savings and innovation.

Based in the UK, you will lead global commodity strategies, negotiate frame agreements, and ensure supply continuity while advancing sustainability and supplier innovation.
