What will this role achieve?
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Flexible Team Members. You’ll work in a fast paced factory making products for a leading UK brand.
What will be your key deliverables?
- You will pack biscuits on a production line.
- You will be working on different lines with the department.
- Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching).
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any foreign matters or potential hazards.
- Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications.
- Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.
- Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.
- Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.

Essential
- Can work well with others and be open to learning and change.
- We’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change. You’ll get support to help you succeed.
Desirable
- Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory is valuable, but not essential.
- Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, waste levels and line performance).
Fixed Term role until December 2026.
What does the recruitment process consist of?
- Assessments – Workplace English assessment. These should take around 20 minutes to complete.
- Interview – 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a site tour.
