- Work with site leadership teams to develop and maintain Facilities roadmaps with a consistent, standardised approach.
- Review KPIs monthly and escalate any issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Partner with the Site Employee Engagement lead to support site events.
- Collaborate with the UK Facilities Manager on the rollout of new contracts or service updates.
