What will this role achieve?
Reporting to the Team Manager the successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment, possess a positive attitude to change and have the drive and tenacity to work under their own initiative.
- to ensure the smooth operation of Chocolate operation for a fully coated product and to ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.
- To maximise plant efficiency and to minimise TOS and waste.
- To ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
- To develop line skills in line with company best practice.
- Provide a strong and co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line.
- Take an active part in Supply Chain Excellence including tiered meetings and the SCE boards.
What will be your key deliverables?
- To ensure plant start-up and shut-down are properly planned and performed.
- To achieve planned output within specification.
- To maximise plant efficiency and to minimise TOS and waste.
- To ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
- To develop line skills in line with company best practice.
- Provide a strong and co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line.
- Take an active part in Supply Chain Excellence including tiered meetings and the SCE boards.

- Strong communication skills are essential in ensuring liaison with a wide range of site personnel and functions.
- You will have a good attendance record and will demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to drive change within our operational environment.

What does the recruitment process consist of?
- Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment along with a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 45– 60 minutes to complete.
- Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
