VACGEN is seeking a production lead to ensure machining cell performance across quality, delivery and cost. You will manage all machining manufacturing and finishing, and motivate staff to hit targets while collaborating with Purchasing and Planning to maintain schedule.
The role also requires supervising the team on a day-to-day basis, addressing performance, attendance and training needs, and coordinating cross-training within the different work sequences.
