Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and customers (hardware, software, and system queries)
  • Handle product and application questions both pre- and post-sale
  • Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
  • Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and documentation
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing
