Our client is seeking two enthusiastic and driven solicitors to become integral members of their growing team. The Roles
RoleSolicitor with a strong background in Commercial Development, including experience with:
- Promotion Agreements
- Option Agreements
- Section 106 Agreements
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities- Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters
- Handling acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements
- Providing high-quality legal advice on planning, construction and financing matters within commercial development
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents including:
- Leases
- Overage Agreements
- Promotion Agreements
- Pre-emption Agreements
- Development Contracts
- Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
- Passion for self-development and growth
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, solution-focused advice
