Our client is seeking two enthusiastic and driven solicitors to become integral members of their growing team. The Roles

Role

Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Development, including experience with:

  • Promotion Agreements
  • Option Agreements
  • Section 106 Agreements
Requirement:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters
  • Handling acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements
  • Providing high-quality legal advice on planning, construction and financing matters within commercial development
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents including:
  • Leases
  • Overage Agreements
  • Promotion Agreements
  • Pre-emption Agreements
  • Development Contracts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, developers and third-party advisors
  • Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
  • Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on complex matters
  • Qualifications
    • Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
    • Passion for self-development and growth
    • Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
    • Excellent organisation and time management
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, solution-focused advice
