Placrs client is a growing and well-established business based in Shoreham, is looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

The Role
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and confidently.
- Move and store stock in the correct warehouse locations.
- Prepare completed orders for courier collection.
- Attach shipping labels and ensure orders are correctly despatched.
- Use the Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate stock records.
- Carry out manual handling and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and enjoys being part of a team .
You will ideally have:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A full UK driving licence .
- Good attention to detail and an accurate approach to your work.
- Confidence reading delivery notes and handling stock.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use warehouse systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
- The physical ability to carry out manual handling, lifting and warehouse duties.
