Placr Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Analyst to join a growing and innovative digital marketing agency based in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Paid Media professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding results across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce and lead generation clients. This role offers genuine career progression, with the opportunity to move into either a people management or account management position in the future, whilst helping shape the strategic direction of the Paid Media department.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to support campaign strategy.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies and campaign performance to achieve KPIs including CPA and ROAS.
- Optimise targeting, audience segmentation, ad copy and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse data using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
- Work with Data teams on tracking, attribution and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences and landing pages.
- Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
- Produce client reports.
