Hybrid Working 3 Days in the Office, 2 Days from Home. Placr Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Analyst to join a growing and innovative digital marketing agency based in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Paid Media professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding results across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce and lead generation clients. This role offers genuine career progression, with the opportunity to move into either a people management or account management position in the future, whilst helping shape the strategic direction of the Paid Media department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to support campaign strategy.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies and campaign performance to achieve KPIs including CPA and ROAS.
  • Optimise targeting, audience segmentation, ad copy and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse data using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
  • Work with Data teams on tracking, attribution and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences and landing pages.
  • Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Produce client reports.
