My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their established company who haver a fantastic reputation.They are looking for a receptionist to help grow the busy business. The Role: Receptionist The Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (Flexible hours) Location: Shoreham-by-Sea Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Job role * You will have previous experience of general office duties including reception;; * Be able to deal professionally and diplomatically with all of the clients customers. * You are able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, willing to help out when your colleagues need it. * Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette * Schedule appointments and maintain calendars * Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry * Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure cleanliness for the client. * Assist with administrative tasks as needed Candidate requirements: * Experience as a Receptionist is a must. * Excellent proficiency in MS office applications especially Word and Excel * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous Benefits In addition to the competitive base salary and uncapped bonus potential, we offer the following benefits: * 20 days of holiday plus bank holiday * Christmas off * Pension * Onboarding & training process
