An established and growing financial services business is seeking an experienced Operations and Client Services Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of daily operations, near Horsham. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing workflow, maintaining client service standards, and supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering an exceptional client experience. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and offers the opportunity to help shape processes and standards within a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational and client service activity within the business.
- Oversee and allocate workflow for the administrative team.
- Support advisers and paraplanners with all aspects of client administration and documentation.
- Maintain and enhance internal processes, templates, and systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor administrators to ensure high levels of performance and consistency.
- Prepare client review packs, valuations, and reports.
- Communicate with clients and product providers via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FCA requirements.
- Assist with strategic and ad-hoc projects as required.
