Reporting to the Operations and Client Services Manager, you’ll provide vital support to advisers and paraplanners, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service for clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to advisers and paraplanners.
  • Maintain and update client information on back-office systems.
  • Prepare client letters, valuations, and meeting documents.
  • Manage diaries and ensure meetings are fully prepared in advance.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and product providers by phone and email.
  • Submit new business via online portals and track progress.
  • Assist with compliance and ensure client files meet FCA standards.
  • Help prepare client review reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the smooth running of the office and ensure it’s always presentable for clients.
  • Follow internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
