An established and growing financial services business is seeking an experienced Operations and Client Services Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing workflow, maintaining client service standards, and supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational and client service activity within the business.
- Oversee and allocate workflow for the administrative team.
- Support advisers and paraplanners with all aspects of client administration and documentation.
- Maintain and enhance internal processes, templates, and systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor administrators to ensure high levels of performance and consistency.
