Placr's client is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join their clients busy and friendly team.

The Role

As a key member of the team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support to their Customer Support teams.

You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Support teams.
  • Managing and responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Liaising with couriers, logistics providers and other partners to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Keeping customers updated on orders, deliveries and any changes or delays.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
  • Supporting the team with general administration and customer
