The service currently supports approximately 75 clients, delivering 760 hours of care each week, with a team of around 40 employees across office and field-based positions. Initially, you will oversee the existing Hove service during a period of maternity cover. However, this is a permanent opportunity, with the potential to continue managing the established service or take responsibility for a planned new branch as the organisation develops.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure clients receive safe, responsive and person-centred care.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision, performance and ongoing development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Respond effectively to incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and changing care needs.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to support operational objectives and future service development.
