We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 50 student properties and 20 professional properties, including HMOs. This is a fast-paced and varied role within an excellent and supportive team environment.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a designated portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering a professional and responsive service to both landlords and tenants. This role involves managing student accommodation and HMOs, with a particularly busy student season during late summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring properties are well presented and accurately marketed
- Arranging up-to-date photography and listings
- Coordinating rental terms and renewals with landlords
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings
- Providing professional advice and accurate property information to prospective tenants
- Managing day-to-day and reactive maintenance issues
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed promptly and to a high standard
