As part of their ongoing growth, they’re now seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director and play a key part in the firm’s daily operations.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the Director with day-to-day admin, task prioritisation, and diary coordination
- Review mortgage cases for accuracy before they move to formal administration
- Assist with elements of mortgage admin (e.g. document gathering, file prep, basic lender communication)
- Keep internal workflows smooth between brokers and back-office teams
- Act as a detail-focused gatekeeper, spotting gaps and ensuring efficiency
- Get involved in wider operational tasks where needed
