Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Salary; Basic - 28k-35k (Realistic OTE 72k-90k)
We are working with a thriving brokerage who are looking for a mortgage & protection advisor to join their team and work out of one of their estate agent branches. They deal with a lot of First Time Buyers, BTL, Remortgages and you can also do the protection side of the mortgage too. You would have access to all of the leads that come through the business, they work with a lot of HNW clients so you the earning potential is high!
Responsibilities of a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;
- Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their in-house software.
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Work closely with the estate agency team, creating a lasting relationship.
- Create and improve the process with the estate agents, to ensure leads are being fed across properly.
- Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.
Requirements to Become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor here;
- Must hold full CeMAP qualification.
- At least 1 years experience in mortgage and protection advice (whole of market)
- Estate agent background (preferred but not essential)
- Based across different branches
