The Opportunity

The Role

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the progression of specialist finance applications from initial submission through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact for brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of specialist loan applications from submission through to completion.
  • Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers to progress cases.
  • Obtain and review supporting documentation.
  • Support the underwriting team throughout the assessment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Proactively manage case timelines and outstanding requirements.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring lending cases are progressed efficiently and compliantly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, property finance, banking or lending.
  • Experience within bridging finance is beneficial but not essential.
