We are working with a directly authorised broker based in Guildford. They are an award-winning firm that covers all types of mortgage and commercial finance. They are searching for a mortgage advisor to join their small team on a self-employed basis. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support once you have settled in.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:
- Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
- Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Work towards KPIs and other targets
Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor:
- At least 1 year experience as a mortgage advisor
- Fully CeMAP qualified
- Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
