We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Scotland who specialise in residential and commercial mortgages. They are a directly authorised firm looking for a self – employed advisor. With this company there will be no monthly costs and full admin support is provided. They will help you generate your own business but they can also provide some leads. Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities; Advise customers on the best mortgage for them Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process. Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer. Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes. Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor; Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required. Whole of market background is preferred, but you can come from a lender if you are qualified.
