Salary – £27-28k + bonus Location – Canvey island We are working with a highly-rated mortgage broker based in the South of Essex, and due to an increase in business levels, they are looking to take on another Mortgage Administrator. They are a small and friendly team who can provide excellent training to support your development long-term. The Role of a Mortgage Administrator ; * Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for the brokerage, over both email and telephone * Administrating mortgage documentation and files, using the company’s systems * Reviewing and researching customer circumstances in order to provide the most appropriate mortgage product * Encouraging and cultivating excellent rapport with lenders/builders/brokers/potential clients. Requirements to join as a Mortgage Administrator; * Experience as a Mortgage Administrator is required, though people with a strong background in finance or property will be considered. * Excellent organisational skills – a proven background in administration would be great too! * You must be local to Canvey Island as it is an office based position. Benefits of being a Mortgage Administrator; * £27-28k salary, OTE up to 32k. * Monday-Friday, no weekend working.
