Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities:
- Input mortgage applications onto various lender systems accurately.
- Provide full administrative support to brokers/advisers.
- Manage cases from application through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties.
- Collect and upload client documentation within required deadlines.
- Ensure all files meet compliance and FCA standards.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
- Assist with additional administrative duties when required.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator:
