The predicted salary is between 70000 - 80000 £ per year.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 OTE

Retainer available during the early months

50/50 split on leads provided

70/30 split on self-generated business

Location: Hybrid working - office is based in Sheffield, 1 day per week in the office. Preference for candidates to be based in Yorkshire but will consider candidates in East Midlands.

They are looking for a highly motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their team in Sheffield. You will benefit from strong lead generation support, modern systems and the flexibility of a hybrid working model, while still having the autonomy to build and grow your own client bank.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their needs
  • Handling a mixture of provided leads and self-generated business
  • Managing the full mortgage process from enquiry through to completion
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers
  • Providing expert guidance across residential, remortgage and protection products
  • Generating business through networking and relationship building
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the client journey
  • Managing your own administration and pipeline

Experience needed to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
  • Comfortable generating business alongside working company leads
  • Ability to work independently in a self-employed environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to regional client coverage
