Mortgage Broker Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
- Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Building relationships with introducers and clients
- Handling both company-provided and self-generated leads
- Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice
- Working closely with the wider finance and property teams
