We are working with a directly authorised broker based in Guildford. They are an award-winning firm that covers all types of mortgage and commercial finance. They are searching for an Equity Release Advisor to join their small team on a self-employed basis. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support once you have settled in.
Equity Release Advisor Responsibilities:
- Recommend suitable equity release products based on individual client circumstances and financial goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and provide impartial equity release advice.
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and document interactions accurately.
- Convert provided leads into clients and manage progress through the CRM system.
- Offer ongoing support throughout the equity release process, from inquiry to post-sale.
- Work closely with other advisors and the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with marketing efforts to generate new leads and participate in training for continued professional growth.
Requirements to become an Equity Release Advisor:
- At least 1 year’s experience as an equity release advisor.
- Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised.
