BTL Mortgage Advisor
Salary: 30k basic (Higher basic available DOE) 15% commission
Location: Newark
Our client is looking for a driven Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. In this role, you'll advise landlords, property investors, and intermediaries on a wide range of complex lending scenarios. You'll play a key role in delivering tailored, expert advice in a fast-paced environment. You will benefit from high-quality leads, full admin support and flexible working options with no weekend working.
BTL Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a BTL Mortgage Advisor;
- You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor working in a Whole of Market background.
- You MUST have experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor.
- CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved.
