Bridging Advisor

We are working with a directly authorised broker based in Guildford. They are an award winning firm that cover all types of mortgage and commercial finance. They are searching for a bridging advisor to join their small team on a self employed basis. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support once you have settled in.

Bridging Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Bridging Advisor;

• CeMAP and CAS preferred.
• Experience in bridging finance is required.
