Protection Advisor Responsibilities:
- Providing whole-of-market protection advice to clients.
- Conducting fact-finds and identifying suitable insurance solutions.
- Managing appointments generated through internal mortgage adviser referrals.
- Maintaining compliant records and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the advice process.
- Converting warm, pre-qualified leads into completed business.
Experience Needed to Become a Protection Advisor:
- CAS status is essential.
- Previous experience providing protection advice.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and related products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
